This endpoint allows providers to trigger an email that is sent to their patients,
which would include an attachment with patient's finance agreement. This endpoint can be
called anytime after the agreement has been e-signed, but not before.

The attachment will include the finance agreement and addendum (if applicable)
for a given application.
